Nonprofit

I.Kampradas paliko šių fondų direktorių tarybas.

O.K.

1. The Stichting INGKA Foundation is a Dutch foundation founded in 1982 by Ingvar Kamprad, the Swedish billionaire, who is the founder of IKEA. INGKA is one of the largest charitable foundations in the world and the second-largest nonprofit organization in the world.

The foundation owns the private Dutch company INGKA Holding based in Leiden,

which is the holding company that controls 207 of the 235 outlets of IKEA. INGKA does not own the IKEA franchise and trademark; these are owned by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Delft,

also in the Netherlands, which receives 3% of all IKEA revenues in royalties.

:)

A royalty (sometimes, running royalties, or private sector taxes) is a usage-based payment made by one party (the "licensee") to another (the "licensor") for the right to ongoing use of an asset, sometimes an intellectual property (IP). Royalties are typically agreed upon as a percentage of gross or net revenues derived from the use of an asset or a fixed price per unit sold of an item of such, but there are also other modes and metrics of compensation

Inter IKEA Systems is owned by Inter IKEA Holding, registered in Luxembourg,

which is controlled, in turn, by Interogo Foundation, a Liechtenstein

foundation that is also supported by the Kamprad family (to the value of $15 billion).

In an explanation of IKEA's complex corporate structure, Ingvar Kamprad stated to the authors of a Swedish documentary that tax efficiency was "a natural part of the company’s low-cost culture". The foundation also provides an anti-takeover protection scheme for IKEA. The Dutch Tax Service has applied the "Institution for General Benefit" (algemeen nut beogende instelling, ANBI) status to the Stichting IKEA Foundation. According to the ANBI register in the Netherlands, Stichting INGKA Foundation lost ANBI status in 2010, but was registered as a ANBI from 01-01-2008 until 01-01-2010.

2. Interogo Foundation is a foundation registered in Liechtenstein. It owns Inter IKEA Holding S.A. registered in Luxembourg,

which owns Inter IKEA Systems B.V, and thereby controls the intellectual property of the IKEA brand. Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA, and his family control the Interogo Foundation. Royalties of 3% on all IKEA products has resulted in the foundation controlling assets valued at US $15 billion.

The foundation was founded on the 29 March 1989 in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

The aim of the foundation is to secure the continued existence of Inter IKEA Holding S.A. and to influence the leadership of the company.

The foundation board has at least two members, who were originally lawyers Herbert Oberhuber

and Johannes Burger.

The members can be appointed or replaced by the Appo Trust

based in Ontario, Canada

or by an equal trust created by the foundation. Meetings of the board are announced by the president of the foundation. The foundation may be changed into a company or a trust if circumstances have changed so that this is in the foundation's interests.
